Pre-Owned Wholesale Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the dealership is constantly supplied with a sufficient variety of high-quality vehicles to maximize company profitability.
• Oversee parts orders and job assignments to ensure the greatest efficiency.
• Successful track record in effectively managing the team's efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure department employees follow safety policies and practices.
• Implement and execute all company initiatives to maximize their impact and help meet or exceed TPF goals.
• Ensure direct reports are being effectively trained and developed.
• Conduct meetings with department employees to discuss daily goals, activities, and problems of mutual interest.
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Schedule/assign work to technicians and reconditioning personnel. Follow up on work progress.
• Provide hands-on reconditioning training to employees as needed

Education:
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualifications:
Automotive Industry knowledge
Experience with managing and supervising a team of 20 or more employees.
Mechanical knowledge with mechanical inclination.
Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and work with all levels of employees and customers, and work in conjunction with various departments to achieve goals.
Valid driver's license, good driving record.

Automobile Sales Representative (up to $100k \ yr)

Responsibilities:
• Maximize new and used vehicle sales and profit while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction
• Close sales and meet financial targets
• Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
• Establish goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity
• Meet minimum sales quote of dealership standards
• Ensure customers understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Complete factory assessments and obtain sales professional certification
• Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales, delivery and follow up processes on each customer

Auto Service Technician (up to $100k per year)

Responsibilities:
• Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.
• Completing preventive maintenance schedules; installing the component and part upgrades.
• Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing components, parts, or systems, such as power and drive trains, electrical, AC, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics, etc.
• Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems
• Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.

• Shampoo seats and carpets
• Clean and condition all vinyl and leather interior components
• Wash, de-tar, clay, buff, wax exterior of vehicles

• Ability to handle exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals
• Ability to wet-sand and operate buffing equipment
