Joining FordPass Rewards
When you enroll in the FordPass program you are automatically eligible for FordPass Rewards. Simply download the app to your smartphone or register online. Accept the terms and conditions of the program, and you have completed your enrollment process. You are required to have a valid email address to join as notifications about changes to the program or points balances will be sent via email or via the app. If you were a member of the Owner Advantage Rewards Program you are eligible to transfer your membership to the FordPass program.
Earning FordPass Rewards Points
When you purchase a new vehicle you earn points toward complimentary maintenance services. Purchasing a brand new Ford earns your 42,000 points while purchasing a qualified certified pre-owned Ford earns you 22,000 points. Each purchase you make at Twin Pine Ford will earn you additional points. You can earn those points by purchasing Omnicraft or Motorcraft parts, qualified accessories, labor for installation of qualified parts, and by purchasing a new vehicle. There are ways to earn points within the app such as completing surveys or watching videos about specific products. There is no cap on the number of points you can earn.
Checking FordPass Rewards Points Balance
If you’re curious about the number of points you’ve earned, you can access that information via the smartphone app. If you don’t have the app, you can still check your points balance and other account information by logging into the FordPass website. Professionals at Twin Pine Ford can also access your points balance for you, and they can assist you in redeeming those points.
Redeeming FordPass Rewards Points
Points can be redeemed in a variety of ways. They can be applied to the purchase of a qualified vehicle. When you have your vehicle serviced, you can apply your points toward the price of the parts or labor. There is no limit to how many points you can redeem. Points do have to be redeemed within 365 days, or they will expire.
Transferring Owner Advantage Rewards to FordPass Rewards
If you were a member of the Owner Advantage Rewards program, some of your benefits from that program transfer to the new FordPass Rewards program. Dealer Funded Service Rewards and Earned Oil Changes will translate to points in the FordPass Rewards program. However, Sales Rewards and Oil Change Credits do not transfer to the newer program.
