F-Series trucks once again dominated Ford’s October sales. The F-Series lineup—including the F-150 and Super Duty—sold 67,930 units, edging up 1 % versus a year ago. Year-to-date F-Series sales total 688,510 units, an 11.4 % increase that keeps Ford on pace for a record 49th consecutive year as America’s best-selling truck line. Ranger sales surged 48 % to 7,741 units and Maverick pickups set an all-time October record with 11,086 sold. Super Duty trucks gained 9 %, while Transit vans rose 6 %, giving commercial buyers more reasons to choose Ford.
SUV and Van Surge
Ford’s larger SUVs posted strong double-digit gains. Combined sales of the 2025 Expedition, Explorer and Bronco reached 34,366 units—a 7 % increase and the best October performance since 2004. Expedition sales climbed 4 % and Bronco family deliveries (including Bronco Sport) jumped 10 % to 21,157 units. These results demonstrate continued demand for spacious, feature-rich SUVs among Pennsylvania drivers.
EV & Hybrid Trends
Electrified sales tell a more nuanced story. Ford delivered 4,709 electric vehicles in October, down 24.8 % year over year, while hybrid sales slipped 4 % to 17,498 units. However, internal-combustion models rose 3.4 %, and trucks and SUVs remain the backbone of the business.
